Olive & Pearls® does not accept returns and does not offer refunds for any personalized item.

Olive & Pearls® does not accept returns for custom dog collars, embellished bowls, or specialty leads. We do offer resizing for pearl and crystal collars. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and paying a small alterations charge. The alterations charge is listed on the site and needs to be purchased to reserve a spot for your collar to be added into the order queue. This will ensure a prompt return of your collar.
