  • Olive & Pearls® order processing time can vary based on current order volume. Pearl Collars, leashes, & bowls ship two weeks from the date ordered. Unless otherwise stated our collars, bowls, & leashes are "made to order.” Each piece is made by hand and takes time to create.
  • Gifts and Non-Personalized items ship in 1-3 business days
  • Personalized and Monogramed items ship in 5-7 business days
  •  If you have a firm "in hand date," please let us know so we can assist you! We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee they will be met.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number
